General Terms

Eligibility

  1. Pets do not need vaccinations to be eligible for the membership.
  2. Upon the first visit, pets will be assessed to ensure they do not have advanced periodontal disease with loose teeth or behavioral issues that prevent service completion.
  3. There are no age restrictions for pets. However, after the first cleaning, the pet’s eligibility will be confirmed in consultation with the owner.

Membership Activation

  1. Once required contact information and payment method is collected along with the will to sign up is confirmation via phone, the membership begins after the first dental cleaning is completed (which is discounted according to the pricing plans).
  2. A six-month waiting period applies between each cleaning. If the client wishes to schedule an additional cleaning before six months, the paid monthly membership fees can be applied as a discount to the regular cleaning fee.

Payment Terms

  1. Membership fees are processed exclusively via credit card.
  2. In case of declined payments or expired cards, the client will be contacted by our call center to update their payment information.
  3. No refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

Cancellations

  1. Members can rejoin after cancellation, but the discounted first-cleaning rate will no longer apply.
  2. Owners must notify us to cancel a membership due to a pet’s death.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are not issued, except in the event of a pet’s death, where remaining fees may be applied as credit toward a regular cleaning.

Services

Scheduling and Availability

  1. If fully booked, appointments will be rescheduled at the next available slot, typically within a 7-day window.
  2. A $20 transportation fee applies for no-shows starting from the second missed appointment.
  3. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

Service Details

  1. The service includes non-sedation preventative and cosmetic teeth cleaning. For pets with advanced periodontal disease, we recommend seeking veterinary treatment before reattempting cleaning after six months.
  2. If the cleaning cannot be completed due to pet behavior, the client agrees to the conditions outlined in the signed service agreement.

Privacy Policy

Personal Data
We collect the following information:

  • Names, addresses, pet details, and contact information.
  • Financial information is securely processed through our POS system and is not stored by us.

Use of Data
We use the collected data for:

  1. Providing and maintaining our services.
  2. Improving and personalizing the client experience.
  3. Sending newsletters and promotional materials (with client consent).
  4. Analyzing service trends to enhance offerings.
  5. Complying with legal obligations.

Information Sharing

  1. Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers for operational purposes. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  2. Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or respond to valid authority requests.
  3. Business Transfers: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission.
  • Regular security updates and assessments.
  • Access control measures and data minimization practices.

Despite these efforts, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure.

Opt-Out Policy
Clients can opt out of receiving newsletters and attending webinars without affecting their subscription.


Legal Disclosures

Liability

  1. We are covered by liability insurance for any adverse outcomes from the cleaning service.
  2. An indemnity clause protects us from claims arising from injury, illness, or behavioral issues during the procedure.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Florida law, which permits the service to be provided without government supervision.

Modifications
We may update the Terms and Conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes and asked to provide updated signatures.


Miscellaneous

Promotional Offers

  1. A $10 discount is available for the first cleaning when enrolling two or more pets. Other promotional offers cannot be combined.
  2. Members on promotional pricing automatically transition to regular pricing after the promotional period.

Multiple Pets

  1. Each pet must have an individual membership.
  2. No discounts are available for simultaneous enrollments, aside from the promotional offer mentioned above.

Unclaimed Services

  1. Cleanings cannot be rolled over to the next six-month period if missed.
  2. Services automatically renew unless canceled.
